Frequent crashes of Apps

MY GALAXY NOTE 10 PLUS IS FACING LOTS OF ISSUES LIKE APP CRASHING, GAME CRASH ATTER FEW HOURS. HERE IS ONE I AM FACING NOW

Well it might be because of the unclened cache files you forgot to delete about or The outdated software
try to update software
if no update is available hard reset is the final option

software is updated.. and cache i already tried clearing.
ain't going for reset again already did recently

i just reinstall the apps which are crashing and its become normal
