Force Dark Mode for Note 9.

There is a option in Android 9 under developer option which says force dark mode for all apps. But i couldn't find it in the developer option in my device. Is it Pixel specific option??? If it can be enabled can anyone share the process??? Thanks in advance.

It's available only on Android 10

go to settings then abouts phone software information then tab in bold no 10 times you got developer options

Developer option is already enabled. But the option is not available.

there's option called night mode tab and set always on

i know but that doesn't force dark mode for all apps. i have tried that. it just turns the phone, message, settings and quick settings into dark mode. i think i need to wait till Android 10 update comes up.
