It's available in Developer Options. Google how to enable this if you don't know how. Else, once in, find the "Quick settings developer tiles" option, and you'll see a button to enable "sensors off" for the quick panel. Once that's on, do into your notification panel and "edit buttons", where you'll see the newly added "sensors off" button available for you to add to your quick panel toggles.
@Waleed13. The update will pop-up only when the update is available. If you have note 10 plus and type c earphone, you will get or it might be updated automatically
