My fingerprint scanner not working when I changed my screen protector of Note10+. There is anything change in the settings.

you have to clear the registered fingerprints.. and do it again ..
but the screen protector may be defective and if you registered your finger prints with it.. other might be able to unlock your phone..
better to buy a trusted screen protector.

if your phone has a in screen fingerprint scanner you should buy a trusted screen protector from a samsung store or from a trusted supplier
