Fingerprint not working note 20 ultra

I have an issue fingerprint was working properly and now it isn't, I removed the screen protector and the screen very clean and still facing the same

It seems that after last update of biometric security 

I removed all registered fingerprints and was not able to register a new one.

I am using note 20 ultra and updated to latest version, there is no problem with finger print scans. please check the following settings turned on

As I remove all fingerprints I have to scan it again. I am tried alot but the sensor not able to scan

better to visit any Samsung service outlet or reset the phone
