Hi I am unable to use my fingerprint scanner in note 20 ultra 5g as it's always irritating me to use fingerprint lock...Any advice or suggestions needed to solve my problem...Help me
Even simple plastic screen protector doesn't help on fingerprint scanner.. previously I used the same and unlocking was a headache for me., Face recognition is also the same, it doesn't recognize my face in the dark or in low light conditions.. samsung has to improve much on biometric department.. my device is Note 10
