Finger print sensor not sensing my finger and not working

Since two days the finger print sensor is not working. Sensor gestures as well as phone unlock is not working. Please help.

- Navigate to Samsung members app >> Diagnostics >> Hardware test >> Sensor.
- If sensor status is normal, then re-register the fingerprint.
* If sensor status is not normal then kindly follow the below steps:
- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
