I am using both SIMs - JIO and BSNL and data of Jio is on.
Working fine.

No, but can you tell steps to recreate issue so that I can try and see.

Just switch mobile data to another sim then back to this and check if JIO works same or does it freezes for some time.

You are right. It is not able to use mobile data after switching back.

Only way to get back mobile data working is to then switch wifi on and then off.
