Fast wireless charge option is not getting enabled on n.y Samsung galaxy note 9

Fast wireless charge option is not getting enabled , am using qi 10 watt fast wireless charger Qualcomm certified.. gone through blogs but no help.  Any help here?

this is the model am using, bought it from Amazon, it supports 10w fast wireless charging, mentioned on the device itself..

sir 10 watts is as good as 9 watts and 10 watts is and was never considered fast charging in normal wall charger and wireless charger.
