Facing severe signal issues on my note 9

From few days i have been experiencing severe signal issues on my note 9. My phone is updated and i tried changing sim as well but still the problem exists. I request samsung to give an update which could resolve this dropping network issue in samsung Note 9.

Received an annual update of my phone today. i think its the last one and i hope it solves my network problem.

what about signal reception? fluctuating or stable one..!

Resetting device after backing up data is highly recommended as your device got a major update.

i didn't get your point. i mean why should i reset my device after update?
reception signals are still fluctuating. 😬😬

factory resetting is recommended because your phone may not get actual changes perfectly due to user settings, caches and old data in all apps etc.
it is a common observation that resetting phone after any major update, makes phone bug free and consistent when it comes to performance.

copy or back up your data first if any.

also remember your Google account and its password. if you forgot account or password then first remove google account..
settings> account and back up> Google account > tap on it > tap on three dots (top right)> remove account
