yes did restart and clear cache, data and uninstall and re install also

Yes. still same. after all troubleshoot. only pending is resetting the phone. having so many apps which need to authenticate again if i do reset. its critical banking apps etc.

2. Update Samsung Wallet
3.If the issue persists, you can try clearing the cache and data for the Samsung Wallet app. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Storage, then tap on "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data." Afterward, try setting up the verification method again.
4. Make sure that Samsung Wallet has all the necessary permissions enabled. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Permissions, and ensure that permissions like "Storage," "Phone," and "Contacts" are granted.
5. the last step, factory reset. Inserting a local SIM card
