Why samsung has the worst biometric security i have note 20 ultra 5g 12 gb 

All other flagships phones has way better biometric security they are faster and more accurate 

Any one knows the reason

The reason why on screen fingerprints lock doesn't work. Is the screen or the mechanism behind it nothing to do with your rough finger and damage prints.
Its simple machine says " uh man I can't recognize your print. Please place your clean finger."

But i am using the same finger print with another brand and my face and it is way better and faster
And many people facing the same problem

Hey Alihat, I am a fan of face unlock and have never seen a solid complaint about face unlock till this time. Let's try this to be solved.
First of all,
1) Be sure, your selfie camera is very clean and nothing obstructs there. (I have found once, my face recognition very slow and this solved my issue).
2) Check your software is up-to-date.
(Settings > Software update > Download and install.) Then update all your apps from Playstore and Galaxy store.
3) Clear cache and data of face app.
(Settings > Apps > 'Your apps' (see attachment) > Show system apps > Search 'face' >Select the app > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data.
4) Remove and Reset your face.
(Settings > Biometrics and security > Face recognition > Remove face data > Register face.
5) Add alternative look.
(Settings > Biometrics and security > Face recognition > Add alternative look.)
After that be sure you have turned ON 'Faster recognition' and turned OFF 'Stay on Lockscreen until swipe' (see attachment).
I hope this will solve all your issues with face unlock.

PS:Please note that face recognition will not work if there is no enough light on your face or if there is very bright light behind your face.

I have Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g I never face issue with Face Recognition unlock even lol from far can work swiftly regarding Biometric I'm registering more than one time so I didn't face problems as u.

I did not say it is not working
But i mean that another brands more faster than samsung in faceunlock and fingerprint
I am asking samsung to make more faster and better in lowlight
For example oppo find x3 in the same low light it is very very faster than the note 20 ultra
I put both of them side by side oppo screen was opened while my note was still trying to regognize me

Hi, it depends on the screen brightness adjustment as well as the Lockscreen wallpaper. Please make sure you have turned ON 'Brighten screen' option from the face unlock menu. (see the same attachment above). Also set a wallpaper that has lots of bright colours (near to white). This will help you to get recognised in low light. Have a try.
