Am a Note 20 ultra user , yesterday i have get the latest UI 3 update , after the update i can't found some of my folder in "my file".

If you recall one of the file name type it on search, it may have been moved to a different location or hidden. (to see hidden files goto my files settings and toggle on show hidden files). Hope this helps.

i tried all that , internal storage / android/data , in this folder should have some data , bt now it is empty

Was there anything important in there? Normally I delete files there to save up some space. It shouldn't affect your personal data

actually the problem is , some applications using these folders for saving their datas , now i don't know where it is saving, also i lost some movies also

That s u cks man sorry to hear about this...Unfortunately there is no way to recover them (have you checked recycle bin?).

I always advise to my friends to back up before installing any updates.

You can check up with Samsung services but I highly doubt that they could recover them.

You can try to search for your data using My Files. However, we recommend you to backup your data before installing any update!
