[FIXED] No HD video payback support on Netflix and Prime Video

Hi,
After updating to One UI 3.1, Note 10 Lite lost HD / HDR video playback on Netflix and Prime Video.

Widevine DRM downgrade to L3 after update, which is affecting this.

All the Note 10 Lite devices are affected, could be some other devices as well.


Update : 13/04/2021 > After updated to the latest version, issue resolved. It is recommended to reinstall those apps where you are having HD playback issue.

There is no workaround for this. Only Samsung can fix this.

either try getting the software reflashed from service centre ( very less chance that this might resolve issue) or final soln. is getting motherboard replaced..

.. just saying on my personal experience regarding these widevine license and DRM issues

but if this is happening with large user base, then it's a software issue..popping in the OS ..

samsung guys might release a fix for this ..
