I received the One UI 4.0 update on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus today and thanks to Samsung for that. Loving it!
When the phone updated, I saw the extra dim feature in the buttons on the notification panel but post the update, it disappeared, can't even find it under Accessibility.
It is a genuine bug, please look into it as this is a lovely feature for working with screens late into the night.
Have tried formatting the phone but the option does not appear. Apparently this was the case in the Beta version. Sadly, the bug is back in the final build to haunt us. Samsung, please take note of this and hopefully, you can address this in the February security patch update. There is a workaround to this but it involves downloading an app from the Play Store, which I am not in favour of.
