Error in connecting pen drive

MY PEN DRIVE 64 GB IS NOT RECOGNIZING ON MY NOTE 20 ULTRA BUT IT IS RECOGNIZING ON MY NOTE 9.

PLEASE HELP HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Is it exFAT or FAT32 formatted?

Yes exfat

It opens on note 9

And sometimes open on my note 20 ultra and sometimes not while other pen drive can open

Try formatting once from the note 20 ultra once. Nowadays, android automatically puts different folders after formatting. I don't know if it has something do with this.

I already did it but problem not solved
Its too much annoying

Check if the pen drive is having a snug fit in the USB c port. A loose connection may also be the issue.
