Dual WhatsApp issue

Can anyone tell me what is happening with dual WhatsApp,  all media files received are not shown in gallery and even not found to send or share to anyone

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.
Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.

Why dual WhasApp is not opening PDF files? Request Samsung to provide solution immediately.

Best solution I did today , first backup your data of dual WhatsApp and uninstall the WhatsApp then install business WhatsApp and restore your data it will solve all your problems

Take back up initially, then pls install WhatsApp Business you will get all your data (photos and videos) back.
