Galaxy Note
Android 10 has too many bugs and no new features except gestures. Not worth updating, downgraded to Android 9.

went to Samsung Service Center. They said One UI 1 is most stable Version for Note 9. Samsung didn't even provide them One UI 2 yet. May be because it is unstable.
