Double tap to wake not working

Hi! Double tap to aweak feature is not working in my Note 10 suddenly. I restart the phone couple of times. And try re do the feature as well. It shows that the feature is selected but it just doesn't work. Can someone please help me. Thank you.

There's no proper way to find out what is the problem. I have suggested some options, but they aren't worked. We can only do some regular things like a factory reset. Do a backup before reset. If you are using a memory card unplug it. If it is encrypted, decrypt it. Otherwise, you will not able access data in the chip.

Settings reset doesn't work.  Samsung instructed me to do that tonight.  It didn't help.

Then next step is clear cache partition.

If it not worked factory reset.

If not contact nearest customer service center.

Sometime magnification option enable on your device.magnification option can turn off double tap to wakeup option.plz check it
