Display weird

Something is off with my note 20 ultra 5g. Whenever I put my hand near my front camera my display goes dark but it dosent off my phone.

I have a suggestion, you can better turn that feature on. The device will automatically adjust the screen brightness according to the brightness of the surroundings. This is more gentle on both your eye and the device battery.
