There is an app for samsung called Thrive which is available in Galaxy store. This is not fully functional as googles Digital Wellbeing app and have limited functions. This app mainly focuses on restricting phone for some time with out sending notifications or alerts. Try installing it and let us know if it works for you.
If you still want to install Google's app, follow the instructions. 1. Download Digital Wellbeing app from apkmirror and install it. You can see that the app will not appear on apps screen. 2. Install Quick shortcut maker apk from play store. 3. Open the app and search for digital well being and it will show a list. 4. From the list select the option I have highlighted and then press the option try. 5. Now in the window opened select the option SHOW ICON IN APP LIST. Now you got the app in the app list and you can use it.
