Difference between android 10 and 9

only gestures navigation and the system wide dark mode nothing else has been changed

If you are coming from note 10 android 9..nothing much🤣

but if you are using note 9, then few changes in Camera features, dark mode..new gestures..plus new animation(not that fast😅)..

I can't find any major difference(I used android 9 and now using Beta/Android 10/S10+)

there are a lot of new features in android 10. but everyone has there own preferences. so what I like you might like.

first is android is going to bring accent colors for dark mode like oneplus dark mode.
they have better translation features I am sure exactly how it will work. heard you can do live transactions.
biggest is android 10 will allow internal audio recording for live streaming which is blocked in android 9
better dark mode
