Device running slow and No updates for improvements

Device running slow after one year of purchase. No updates and camera improvements. We expect something for next 2 to 3 yrs when we bought 80k phone. But just bug fixs and security updates is not enough. Camera getting struck while recording videos. Slow motion is wrost getting lag while shooting. Apps running slow while opening.. improve camera clarity.. battery getting max 4, 5 hours. Even though 12gb ram it's taking time to load content in WhatsApp r any other simple texting apps..

That's due to them not focusing on their older devices.
Literally trying to slow down via updates and get the customers to upgrade.
Never choose samsung again.

I think factory reset would help you solve that problem
