My device { Samsung galaxy note 10 lite } getting too hot in recent times 
No heavy task is performed , nor any new app downloaded , just using Google location sharing frequently
Please give me any good solution

Once switch off your phone for 30mins
If problem still persist then factory reset your phone
If all this doesn't solve the problem and device is heating abnormally, then visit service center once

Could be some background apps. Check if there are any such apps and you can Uninstall them. If nothing works, reset device, that could help.

Also, Phone get hot only if processor is running at full state. And, if phone gets unnecessarily hot, then, also nothing to worry.

DRAINS IT TOTALLY 0% AND CHARGE IT TILL 80-90%
THEN USE IT NORMAL AND CHECK STILL ARE FACING HEATING ISSUE ?

I regularly charge my device when it falls to 20% & charges till 80-85% only !
I'll completely drain once in a month

Turn on power saver then, off power saver.

Power saving mode is always turned off in my device
