Delayed notifications

I bought this Note 9 one month ago and since day one I'm getting delayed notifications when my screen is off/locked.. I tried everything to fix it.. disable battery optimisation.. data saver.. turn off dark mode.. disable always on display but nothing worked.. this is so annoying.. if anyone knows how to fix it??

maybe you activated don't disturb mode try to turn off this feature
this feature hide notification and reject calls also can be activated by timer
