Step 5. Please enter issue details or attach a video or screenshot to make easier to understand. Then press Send icons to complete report.

I also face the same problem for my Dual whatsapp since last 10 days.
Initially it stopped showing preview of images. Then it started file does not exist.
Opening Pdf, it shows file not found error.
It also makes the whatsapp images, whatsapp videos and whatsapp folder invisible.
This issue is resolved just for few hours after reinstalling the whatsapp.
After few hours, again this issue occurred.
The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.
Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.
Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.
