Could not using 5G network in Oman

I can't use my Note10+5G on any 5G network in Oman. I had activated 5G services in my SIM. Acording to the Operaters that they did not received the update from Samsung for such device. In this case, no one has Note 10+ 5G can use 5G services in Oman. 

Is there any update about this issue ?

I think this is something to do between Samsung and the Operators
