Could not change country or region on my note 10+

Hello,

I am trying to change my country on my note 10+ but could not even select it.

I have bought my phone in India and never selected United States anywhere.

Also trying to change the status, but could not. Its pulled the old status from my previous note 9. 

I am attaching a screenshot for reference.

Can anyone help me with this?

For Country try to add an Indian phone number in samsung account from the link and then check it.

Then you need to delete this account from given link and have to create a new account with same email address.There is no way for changing country other than deleting the account and re creating the account with correct details.

Or contact to Samsung support team for changing your region if you don't want to delete it.
