Conference Call / Group Call disabled

Hello

I have note10 5G Korean version, I am unable to make any conferencecall as "add call" replaced with "record call" 

The operator activated conf call for me bybussd code 

Samsung support telling that its not supported in my current location- Gulf

Any suggestions or applications that can help me

It Doesn't matter if you have a SKorean Version or Even if I have Indian variant Galaxy M30 I have Call Recording Option and when you Go Back to SKorea then you will/Should get Add Call Option but this Option does depends on Your Sim's Network Provider too!

I had a call with the SIM provider and they have activated conf call

Called Samsung call center and they told not available in Korean version 😢

Even if I visit services center they can't fix it as they told
