I am big fan of Samsung I have used all Samsung flagships from long long time i have the latest phone from Samsung all the time but right now I am upset from Samsung Kuwait. I have note 10 plus 5G my screen is crashed i went to the agent she told you have to wait we do not have materials to change your screen i have  been waiting for one week so I that fair??  Buying new flagship and the agent doesn't have any kind of support?  How to become Samsung going to get improve if they giving  official agent to wrong persons otherwise Samsung following this policy give the customers new phone without any supplying material 🤔

I have just talked with him they still respond with same answer.... also they hang out the phone thanks samsung

this is not fair.. we spend a huge amount on sumsang but after 1 week they don't recognised us... even the price is low after 1 week i give back to exchange other device they said we give u 1700 dhirm only i buy 4000 dhirm...
