Clock Style option disabled

I bought a Note 20 a week back. I have 2 immediate problems. 1. Clock Style option in Settings-LockScreen-AlwaysOnDisplay-ClockStyle menu option is disabled. Hence I am unable to change the Clock style in Lock screen. 2. Whatsapp Notifications are not working in my Note20. I have tried all options/resets/restarts, but notifications neither appear on notification screen, nor on app icon, nor as bubble/float.. Please help.

You can install clack face(a goodlock module) from galexy store then you will have access to more clock styles on lock screen and always on display

Hi, I checked the suggested option as well.. Settings>DeviceCare>Automation>AdaptivePowerSaving is OFF. Also - Settings>DeviceCare>Battery>PowerSavingMode is OFF. And CLOCK STYLE option remain greyed out.  Its on One UI 3.1 (android 11) with all software updates

For clock styles:

Check few things

Do not disturb option is off
Power saving mode
Turn off screen saver
Restart your device
Change theme
Disable roaming clock
Turn off lift to wake up
Clear cache/data of aod
Also check update of bixby routines(if you are using)

BINGO... ! turning off Roaming Clock WORKED. turning it off brought in the CLOCK STYLE menu in the LOCKSCREEN main menu as well, and the CLOCK STLYLE within AOD also got enabled.. THANK A TON!!

I am feeling Lucky :-).. Would you also know why Whatsapp notifications are not working? Is it a android update thingy? All other notifications work normal. All settings for whatsapp are also enabled..  I have tried all options/resets/restarts, but notifications neither appear on notification screen, nor on app icon, nor as bubble/float.. Please help.

Go to whatsapp app notifications and enable all settings

Also go to lockscreen notifications>and enable notifications

Also check notifications>advanced settings>floating notifications..
