Clear cache partition is not working

I'm trying to clear the cache partition of my note 20 ultra but it's not working

Volume up + power button

make sure you press both at the same time, once you get the logo, release the buttons.

Try Press Volume up and down together +Power button. I'm sure that will work.
how u can press together? Press from middle + power button.

Please bring the device to a certified Samsung Service Center to resolve the issue.

The method still working flawlessly. switch the phone off, wait for 10 seconds and then hold volume up THEN hold the power button. keep them hold until you enter the recovery mode. GOOD LUCK

It says PDP back up failed; Set up wizard complete

This will sound crazy, but I can assure you it will work .
Turn off your device completely, plug in your type c headphones (Maybe any cable will work but i didn't test it but i tried the Type C to 3.5 converter and it worked) then press and hold Vol up+ Power until you enter recovery mode
