Hello people,
Wanted to bring something to your notice .. i own a samsung galaxy note 10 lite device which was having certain charging issues which i took to the service centre ..they told they have to replace charging jack ..told me an estimated cost 1930 rs
At the end of service they told me we are offering you a discount price of Rs 1621 and i was very glad that i am being offered a discount . Phone repair took around an hour and a half so i was in a hurry while leaving so didnt chek the bill properly later on found out i was fraudulently charged for S pen accesories which i didnt even buy that too of tab s7 not even of my phone ..and some back cover double tape which god knows what is that too in the name of discounts .
Please be very careful while visiting service centres please thoroughly chek your bill the one i visited is in karol bagh new delhi by the name of hotline communications samsung cafe. Be ware of fraudsters
