Charging issues for note 10

I installed the latest software update two days back. Then, I started facing issues while charging my mobile.

I am getting an error message stating that due to low temperature charging my mobile is not available and it will comeback once the phone is warmer!.

Any advice??

You have to take the phone to samsung care to fix for you the wireless coils ribbon inside the phone , as this message appears when the ribbon is loss or not connect properly 👍🏻
