Captured pic processing

As soon as i click a pic and goto view it, it'll be in processing state(blurred for a moment) and then it get ironed out. Whats the reason behind it? Not sure when it actually started but i noticed it recently.

try unselecting heif does it help

Yup heif was causing the trouble.

good that means saving ultra saving space of images causes squeezing of images causing gallery to have longer processing time
