Can not answer incoming calls

Recently in my Galaxy Note 9, I can't answer the incoming calls without activating speaker. Once I activated the speaker I can deactivate it and continue talking. 

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi, 

Please go to the phone call app settings and clear the cache memory. 

If the issue continues, please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to get it checked out.
