Caller can't hear my voice but i put speker mode on can hear.

In one week i have facing a problem with my note 5 mic some times automatically solved. In phone, WhatsApp, messenger and any calling apps while calling, caller can't hear my voice but when speker mode on caller can hear my voice.. plz any solutions???☹
