Call recording stopped working after one ui 4.0 update

Hi guys I found out that call recording feature stopped working since I updated my note 10 plus to one ui 4.0. Tried restarting and soft rebooting too (volume down and power button) its of no use.
Is there any solutions for it?

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work,turn it off and try

In my case, calls get recorded and there is proper file size for the recordings, but when i play back those files, there is no audio. This is with WiFi calling at Off situation.
