It has been years this should have been thought of:
Problem:
Samsung keyboard does not have a quick option to turn keyboard into the standard calculator shape 3 × 3 numbers only on their keyboards.
This would help when you're on a conversation where a long string of numbers are prevalent in use.
It has never made sense to have numbers from left to right when computers historically have dedicated 3 × 3 number pad.
I hope this improvement is added.
The 3 × 3 option will also help in typing credit card numbers faster because we work on computers daily and we are used to using the number pad on Excel and other computer apps.
The left to right number string is not convenient for typing in conversations that have a lot of numbers.
The option of using Google keyboard is tedious as well because you have to go another keyboard to have 3×3 numbers only key pad in Google keyboard.
Also, the only time you get 3×3 number pad is when you switched to 3×3 keyboard which again requires that you press and hold to get numbers.
