Bug on Home Screen After Recent update😑

I have  Galaxy Note 10+ .

After Recent update on home screen there is some bug.

when we rotate phone in landscape the whole phone , wallpaper ,apps everything goes landscape and then if we again rotate to horizontal half of wallpaper goes black for 1/4 of a second. U can clearly see in video below.

Thats the same problem with me... but my wallpaper doesn't become black. It doesn't rotate when switching to potrait mode... 😅😅😅

It might be new feature from samsung. Enjoy it. Limited edition and limited validity. 😂
