Brown spots under the display.

I'm using the Note 9 today I noticed brown spots under the screen. It's near the bixby button. Can anyone tell me what are these brown spots. What can I do to fix it. Has anyone else faced this issue.

I know what that's it. It is burnt pixels. That issue I faced in my previous phones. Only solution to that is screen replacement. I had that done for free in warranty. Is your phone in warranty?

yea it's under warranty so I can get the new display for free?

You should try testing the display. Since its under warranty, don't think or anything, jst rush to your nearest service center.
