This crap phone has given up during this pandemic lock down situation 
- heats up without any app running in foreground or background. 
- Keeps locking phone and shows Samsung's LED clear case view even after throwing away that sh1t cover.
- Crap Bixby has taken over the power button so whenever I try to unlock the phone, this piece of crap stays locked unless you start tapping on screen.
- Charging doesn't work when you put both the side of charging cable.
- hearing warning keeps popping every two minutes m-phs

Yea buddy, did factory reset. Wrote to chat support. Called to voice support several times.

Been using Full (LED clear view) cover from Samsung since day one. No physical damage, did factory reset, tried using another charging cable, even tried to charge phone while phone is off, removed the cover. Even while phone is off, overheating alert keep vibrating the phone.

Amidst the covid lockdown can't even order another phone. I heavily rely on phone because I can't walk out.

Then try to downgrade the software and then update it again.
