• I am using a Note 10 . Bluetooth are working for receiving and outgoing calls but not supporting to hear WhatsApp audio.

Please suggest the solution

Hello, is it possible to hear music on bluetooth?
First of all, after pressing the Whatsapp audio button, check the volume level.

Kindly goto Bluetooth settings and look for your Bluetooth headset click on that the goto properties and you will find permission allow it ,there you go ready 😉

Thanks for suggestions. Unfortunately still not working.
I am able to receive and make calls through Bluetooth but not able to listen the audio or video files from WhatsApp

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out by a technician and help resolve the issue.
