Can't switch Bluetooth on. Note 20. Tried clearing cache, deleted all paired devices. Any news ideas or help please?

Hi Icarussaga

Kindly clear your cache.

 

Follow the steps below to do this:

 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Apps.

4. Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.

5. Select Show system Apps.

6. Select Bluetooth.

7. Select Storage.

8. Select Clear Cache.

 

Also, please reset network settings.

 

*Stored Wi-Fi, Mobile data and Bluetooth passwords may be removed.

 

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select General Management.

4. Select Reset.

5. Select Reset network settings.

6. Tap Reset settings

Hey guys. I know my J250F is WAY below your models 😔 but can I restore accidentally deleted files on my j250f? I read about a trash folder where files go to for 30 days before being permanently deleted but I'm struggling to locate it on my device.
