Black lines in medium brightness and discoloration issue

I'm using Galaxy Note9 from past 2 years, but all of sudden I started facing the issue with display screen. It seems to be issue after latest update released. There is a horizontal black lines appearing when medium brightness is set and some discoloration issue. In very low or high brightness, display screen looks perfectly fine. I see that this issue was reported by many samsung users in community forum. I have contacted Samsung support team and also did some troubleshooting steps as per their instruction, still issue did not get fixed. Then they asked me to contact service center. When I contacted serivce center, the person told me that entire display has to be replaced and which cost around Rs17,000. I'm not mad to pay this amount and get this fixed, when I already paid Rs67,000 for hand set device 2 years back. Also, this issue was caused due to latest updates released by Samusng. Not only me, even many Note9 users facing the same issue. This has to be corrected by Samsung end or display has to be replaced for free of cost.

They are not ready to do that. In safe mode same issue. Now wait is get new interface One UI 2.5

This same issue happened with me after this latest August security patch on my S10 plus. these black lines happens between 10-60% brightness. even if you increase of decrease the brightness the yellow or green tint stays which is very annoying. I just cant imagine how can all of people have same issue but service center is recommending hardware failure. this all started after August patch, very disappointing if had to replace my screen, surely no samsung flagship for me in future.

Lo mismo me pasó a mí esta mañana. El servicio de atención via Chat de Samsung es terriblemente nulo. Me atendió Salsung latinoamérica, luego me envió un link a Samsung Chile Ventas, luego a Samsung Chile Técnico y luego a Samsung Chile/Bolivia, y éste último me finalizó el chat con uno de los tantos scripts que utilizan los servicios de atención al cliente.

Ojalá se solucione el problema, realmente es molestoso.

Si alguien tiene una solución, gracias de antemano por compartirla.
