Black Screen..

My note20ultra 5g turns the screen into black..😭

Im just watching netflix on the way home, then suddenly display is gone.. I thought battery is empty.. but I just charged it before I leave from my work., I dont know what happen..😭😭

I went to samsung customer care in Dubai Mall. They said the problem is display., i didnt even drop it.! They are asking 1,045aed for the screen replacement because its out of the warranty., and it will take 2weeks before they fix it because the spare parts is not available...😓😔

This is the first time thats happen to me... why samsung doing this...?😥😥😥

Is there anyone facing this issue?

Gotta say this . 3 of my friends and now you are the 4th person to say that

All display is gone after a year of use
Definitely its a manufacturing issue

My mom's Note 20U 5G faced the same. Hold Volume Down button and power button for 10-15sec or until you see the device vibrate and displays the Samsung logo than it should be fine

Lol dude. It's a garbage screen, had the issue twice, replaced twice on warranty care + and no drops whatsoever. I posted a full description of it. They tried to find a scratch to blame me for their fault but couldn't.
