Black Screen but phone is still on

Hey, my galaxy note 20 ultra screen goes to black but phone is still on as i it's ringing but showing no display. Can anyone helps...?

You may use yours phone in cold place sometimes it's due to hot weather or heating by much playing games.

Phone is not heated. Still phone is vibrating but no display. Also tried Power button + Volume up + Volume Down it vibrates but show no display.

You may change your cell phone then because if u buy Samsung flagship or midranger they both gonna hang and heat i prefer you to buy Realme..

Same Issue with my Note 20 Ultra.. Sad that this is happening with many customers on Samsung flagship phones..
