Bixby writing correctly and change to wrong text

Hi! Normally Bixby has been able to perform instructions as simple as calculating results for multiplying a number with another.

This time it initially displays what I said (numbers) and changes it to another wrong number I never said.

Strangely, Google Assistant does the same.

Sounds like it's a problem on your phone. If not try to clear bixbys data and cache and see how it works. It should resolve the problem per my experience unless there is a problem with your phone

Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the inconvenience.

Please check if the apps you are having issues with are updated then Clear the cache of the app.

To clear an app's cache:

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and select OK.
6. Select the app you'd like.
7. Select Storage.
8. Select Clear cache.

Please note: this should not remove any saved game data.

Turn your device off for 20 seconds, and then turn it back on again.

Also you can force stop the apps Force stop the app.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Apps.
4. Select the sort by icon next to 'Your apps'.
5. Select the switch next to 'Show system apps' and then select OK.
6. Select the app.
7. Select Force stop.

Open it again.
