Bixby not working effectively

Bixby is not at all responding well in Note 9 as compared to my previous Galaxy S9. It fails to recognize my voice properly even in pin drop silent.

Moreover i really miss my S9 infinity wallpaper in Note 9..

Is there any solutions for the both kindly share...
