Am using galaxy note 20 ultra since 4 years. I had display issues and got it replaced with new display set .While collecting back my device from service centre I was informed that they replaced my battery too with new battery as that's mandatory ,for free though. But since then I had been facing battery drain issues and now it shows that my battery is weak. i approached the service centre before 6 months only to be sent off saying that it can be mother board issues as the battery was recently replaced so there can be no issues in battery. This is really pathetic that my battery was replaced without any information nd now when m facing issues there is no proper response. What do I do?

Direct ask them why They replaced the Battery without asking your permission.... Sometimes 1 or 2 unit of hundred unit batterys might be faulty ... But without asking owners permission is kinda felony to me🤷 ♂.. I might be wrong but, I'd suggest to contact another service centre or 3rd party to check the device.

if the battery replacement is mentioned in the bill, then you have all rights to claim compensation for it
either tag them in social media and question them the same

or go to a different service centre and explain the issue

As per your query, we would request you visit the service centre where your product was previously serviced. They will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.
